Email Diversion You can choose to divert your message to another email address. If you divert your messages, no messages will go into your mailbox, they will be diverted to the forwarding email address.
Filtering By default, your spam and virus filtering is enabled and spam to be sent to your spam folder. You can change the (What to do with spam) setting to either; Reject it, Mark as spam, or File in spam folder and mark. It is not recommended to reject the spam because it may reject a wanted message. The minimum score to be spam is set to 50. If spam is getting through to your Inbox, try decreasing the minimum spam score small amounts. Don't set the score to low so as to filter out wanted messages. Keep an eye on the messages that are filtered into the Spam folder. If there too many wanted messages in the spam folder, increase the minimum spam score. Each time you change a setting, click the Save Settings button.
Allow /Deny Overrides It is impossible to filter out 100% of all spam messages. Some spammers have ways of getting around filters. You can create a list that will override the filer for specified messages.
Example: My stock broker sends me messages on a regular basis on how to save money on the stock market. The spam filter may interpret this as spam. I can override the filter to allow everything that my stock broker send me regardless of the content of the message.
If someone sends me a message that is not spam, It may be someone sending me harassing message or just junk I'm sick of getting every day. Again I can override the filter by denying the sender. The message will be filtered based on the What To Do With Spam Settings. See below details.
